Who benefits from a
Home Safety Assessment?
Older Adults
Whether living alone or with support, older adults have a higher risk of falling and injuring themselves due to many preventable factors. We can identify these factors and remediate them before an injury occurs. We aim to keep older adults, with or without health concerns, living safely in their homes longer. Or perhaps an older adult is moving in with someone else. Let us help ensure a smooth and safe transition.
Things to Consider
- Have you had a fall or injury in the last year?
- Do you have difficulty moving safely in your home?
- Are you concerned with your ability to stay living in your home?
Injured or Disabled
New injuries can lead to a decline in function for anyone. We can help you adjust to living home while you recuperate. If you or a loved one is living with a physical handicap, we can help develop solutions to promote independence.
